Exotic Grow Kit

$100.00

Take rare genetics from syringe to fruit with everything pre-matched and ready to run.

This kit includes a verified liquid culture syringe, a sterilized 2lb grain bag, two 3lb substrate bags, and a casing layer — all scaled to a 1:3 grain-to-substrate ratio right out of the box.

This kit is built around the same exotic genetics we run in-house — verified potency, rare phenotypes, cultivated to perform.

Beginner-friendly. Exotic-species ready.

KIT CONTENTS

- 1× Liquid culture genetic syringe (exotic species)

- 1× 2lb sterilized grain bag (injection port)

- 2× 3lb exotic mushroom substrate bags

- 1× 2lb casing layer

HOW TO USE YOUR KIT

Step 1 — Inoculate the Grain

Wipe the injection port with isopropyl alcohol. Shake your LC syringe to distribute the culture, then inject into the grain bag (injecting 10ml of the culture speeds colonization time). Store at 70–77°F out of direct light.

Step 2 — Break and Shake

Once your grain bag is ~70% colonized (white mycelium covering most of the bag), break up any clumps and shake to redistribute colonized grains. This speeds full colonization and evens out the growth.

Step 3 — Mix Into Substrate

Once your grain bag is 100% colonized, split it evenly — mix 1lb of colonized grain into each substrate bag. This gives you a 1:3 grain-to-substrate ratio across both bags. Seal and let colonize fully at room temp.

Step 4 — Apply Casing

When both substrate bags are fully colonized, apply your casing layer evenly across the top surface. Soak lightly with water until the casing is moist but not waterlogged.

Step 5 — Fruit

Move to fruiting conditions: fresh air exchange and high humidity (85–95%)t. You can fruit directly in the bag (species dependent), or transfer to a martha tent / monotub / modified tub. Pins should form within 5–14 days depending on species.

TIPS

- Slower colonization is normal for exotic species — don't rush it

- Keep casing moist but avoid standing water

- Multiple flushes are possible — rehydrate between flushes by pouring water over the substrate, avoid standing water.
